Change Programme

The IPCC is currently carrying out an organisation-wide Change Programme, reviewing how we carry out our business to ensure that we are in a strong position to meet the challenges of the future. Over a three-year period, we expect to introduce new ways of working across the organisation, creating a better complaints system and improving our internal processes

A Change Programme Team is being established to manage and deliver the changes. The following roles exist as part of this Team:

• Programme Director
• Programme Manager
• Programme Support Officer

Further roles are likely to be identified as the work of the Change Programme develops.

Corporate and Legal Services Directorate

Corporate and Legal Services staff work with colleagues across the whole organisation. The professional services that sit within the Directorate are: Human Resources (HR), Information Technology, Management, Security, Facilities, Procurement, Legal and Finance. Internal staff provide some services, while some are outsourced.

The roles that make up this Directorate include:

• Head of HR, HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Officer, HR Management Information Officer, HR Assistant
• Head of Finance, Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Finance Assistant,
• Head of Procurement, Procurement Officer
• Head of IT, Facilities and Security, Facilities Manager, Facilities Officer, Facilities Assistant, Receptionist, Assistant Receptionist, Post room Assistant
• Director of Legal Services, Senior Lawyers, Lawyers, Paralegals and Administrative Support
• Health and Safety Officer
• Information Manager, Records Officer, IT Administrator, Security Officer, Security Assistant
• Executive Assistant and Business Co-ordinator

Staff in Corporate and Legal Services generally have a profession qualification or extensive experience within their field. Entry-level roles for non-qualified staff become available occasionally.
