Text Relay is a service provided by BT and recommended by the RNID for deaf and hard of hearing people. It enables them to contact organisations over the phone.

The IPCC is now able to take and receive calls via Text Relay. To call the IPCC using this service, dial 18001 followed by the IPCC number; 0207 166 3000.

If at any point in the call you begin to talk about anything which our staff consider sensitive you will be reminded of the third party who is present in the call and that the line you are speaking on is insecure.
