Mehmuda Mian Pritchard
Prior to joining the IPCC, Mehmuda Mian Pritchard was a member of the PCA from 1998.
From 1989 to 1994, Mehmuda was a solicitor in private practice in Birmingham. In 1994, she was appointed as a senior caseworker in the Solicitor's Practice Unit of the Office for Supervision of Solicitors in Leamington Spa.
Mehmuda is a non-executive director of the NHS Litigation Authority and formerly undertook a voluntary role as lay chair of independent review panels under the NHS complaints procedure and was a non-executive director of Northern Birmingham Mental Health Trust.
In November 2006 Mehmuda was appointed as a BBC trustee.
