The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) deals with complaints and conduct matters against police officers and staff in England and Wales. It also considers appeals made by members of the public about the way their complaints were handled.

Appealing to the IPCC
You may have the right to appeal to the IPCC if you are unhappy with the way the police have dealt with your complaint or you disagree with the decisions made.
