Make a complaint

It is your right to complain if you are unhappy about how you have been treated by a member of UKBA staff, or contracted staff employed by UKBA to carry out certain functions on their behalf. Complaints should be made directly to UKBA in the first instance.

Only the most serious cases will be referred from UKBA to be dealt with by the IPCC.
