Complaints against the IPCC
Although we try to provide a good service, sometimes things may go wrong. If you have a complaint about the IPCC please let us know.
Regional offices
If you are making a complaint against the police please send the details to our London and SE office. For all other issues such as appeals or dispensations you can contact your local IPCC office directly. Click on your area on the map, or use the dropdown see details of your local IPCC representatives, police service, and police authority.
Pilot
The IPCC conducted a 10 week pilot offering a limited number of face to face meetings by appointment, which has now ended. The aim of the pilot was to assess the usefulness to members of the public and the IPCC of a face to face service. The value of this service will be reviewed based on the information collated during the 10 week pilot.
