The IPCC's independent investigation into whether Nottinghamshire Police met their obligations for disclosure in the case of the six environmental protestors is ongoing, but mainly awaits the progression of the judge-led inquiry into the CPS handling. We have previously agreed the two investigations will run in tandem.
